Description

Adds a new theme, browser music, and keyboard noise based around popular goat boy Ralsei from Deltarune.

Theme colors are ripped straight from an in-game sprite from Chapter 2.

Brower music is My Castle Town by Toby Fox.

Keyboard noise is the sound of Ralsei's "voice" in game.

A basic mod, but also my first.
