Log in. The world of Sword Art Online comes to your browser with this fan-made Opera GX mod — four animated wallpapers, a live GLSL shader, a full YouTube reskin, and a color theme pulled straight from the floors of Aincrad.

Four Wallpapers, One Mod

This mod ships with four selectable animated wallpapers, each one a different piece of the SAO universe. Switch between them anytime from the mod settings panel — every wallpaper has its own dark and light mode configuration so the text always stays readable no matter what's behind it.

Theme & Colors

The GX accent runs in SAO HUD cyan — the same cold electric blue that lines every menu, every health bar, every system window in the game. Paired against a deep near-black navy base, it gives the browser that familiar feeling of staring into a virtual world's UI. Both dark and light modes are fully supported.

Background Shader — "SAO HUD"

The custom GLSL shader runs live across your browser background, built around three visual pillars from the series:

• A hexagonal HUD grid fades in and out across the mid-screen, directly referencing the geometric menu overlays from the SAO interface

• A scan line sweep moves slowly top to bottom, like a system initializing — the same cold blue as the in-game HUD

• A sword flash pulses vertically at the center, white with a crimson bleed, referencing Asuna's rapier and Kirito's black blade

• 12 floating light particles drift upward in cyan and white, like the item drop effects inside Aincrad

• A crimson glow sits at the base, grounding everything in Asuna's iconic red-and-white color

YouTube Reskin

The YouTube theme keeps you in the world. Deep navy background, cyan progress bar and links, dark video cards with a subtle HUD-cyan border, and a scrollbar that flips from cyan to crimson on hover — a quiet nod to the two sides of Aincrad's story.

Best experienced in dark mode with the animated wallpaper and shader both enabled. Built for players who know exactly what floor they're on.
