Description

Description

Welcome to my first mod! This is centered around the Sega Dreamcast. It contains the background and sounds from the system BIOS. It also has the regional-variant themes. Unfortunately, due to mod type restrictions, I can't include the custom app icons, font, mobile logos, and splash screens.
