Privacy Shader

Description

This shader is made for those who want privacy. A small circle following the mouse allows you to see what you want while the rest is unreadable.

This is a shader mod combining a Kuwahara filter with noise and some desaturation and darkening effects preventing most of the screen from being readable except the area around the mouse cursor. Useful to keep nosy neighbors from reading over your shoulder. Made for fun.
