Description

A base Theme for the character "Cartethyia" from Wuthering Waves.

This mod has a light and dark theme, with a different wallpaper for each theme. The background track is the instrumental of "With Glory I Shall Fall" by Wuthering Waves. Added to that are custom browser sounds and custom keyboard sounds.

This is my first ever mod, so, any and all feedback will be greatly appreciated. :)
