Description
Celestial Chorus (Isaiah 6:3)
In the year King Uzziah died, the prophet Isaiah beheld a vision that would echo through eternity.
Above the throne of God stood the Seraphim — the Burning Ones — a majestic choir of six-winged angels. With two wings they covered their faces in reverence, with two they covered their feet in humility, and with two they flew. Day and night, without ceasing, they called to one another in a thunderous, harmonious chorus:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.”
This is the Celestial Chorus — not merely a song, but the very heartbeat of heaven. Their voices shake the foundations of the temple, their fiery presence fills the air with smoke and glory. One Seraph takes a burning coal from the altar and touches it to Isaiah’s lips, purifying him for his divine mission.
They are the highest order of angels, closest to the throne, radiating pure love, holiness, and divine fire. Their endless praise is both beautiful and terrifying — a reminder that true holiness demands awe, reverence, and surrender.
Do not be afraid… Yet fall silent and listen. For the Celestial Chorus still sings.
